Chicken Marinade
3 Boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
1 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tbsp. ginger paste
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
1 tsp. of green chili paste
1 tsp. of salt

Sauce
2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tbsp. ginger paste
½ tsp. turmeric
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika powder
1 finely chopped tomato
½ tsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
2 tbsp. of chopped cilantro
2 tbsp. of hard butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients under marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
2. In a flat griddle or tawa, heat olive oil on high and add ginger, garlic and green chili paste.
3. Add chicken, tomatoes and lemon juice and cook until the chicken has changed colour.
4. Lower the heat and add the spices, turmeric, chili powder, paprika powder, salt, garam masala and tomato paste
5. Cover and let it cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
6 .Add the hard butter and cook for 5 minutes. Do not overcook the chicken.
7 Add cilantro and serve.

Serve with mint chutney.
