Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe was given to me by my cousin Carol Ann. She used to make it with ordinary eggs and nobody ever got sick, but to be safe I use Davidson's pasteurized ones. Sometimes I like to switch out 1/2 c. of the Irish whiskey for 1/2 c. of Jim Beam Honey or Jack Daniels Honey for a smoother taste. This is always a favorite during Christmas or on any special occasion. Put it in a pretty bottle and it also makes a neat gift for a good friend.
