2½ cups sifted flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup light brown sugar
1 cup Crisco
½ cup water
1 cup quick-cooking oats
Raspberry Jam
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and shape into ball for rolling out.

Roll cookies on powdered sugar, using a doughnut cutter.

Put half on tray, with spoon of raspberry jam in the center and cover with another cookie on top, which has the center cut out.

Bake at 350º for 10 to 12 minutes.
