Chicken Marinade
1 whole chicken cutup or 3 boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
2 tbsp. of lemon juice
1 tbsp. of ginger paste
1 tbsp. of garlic paste
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. green chili paste
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. of stirred yogurt

Sauce
4 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tsp. red chili powder
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. cumin and coriander powder
½ tsp. turmeric
1 tsp. garam masala
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. of paprika
1 green bell pepper chopped
2 finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. of ginger paste
1 tbsp. of garlic paste
2 finely chopped or grated tomatoes
1 tsp. of tomato paste
2 tbsp. of stirred yogurt
1 tbsp. of cream
½ tsp. kasuri methi
2 tbsp. of chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients under Chicken Marinade and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
2 Heat olive oil in a karahi or wok and add the chicken and cook until it is 75º done. Remove the chicken from the wok and place on a plate.
3. To same oil, fry chopped onions until golden brown.
4 Add ginger, garlic, green chili paste and chopped tomatoes cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Add all the spices, red chili powder, paprika, cumin and coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala, salt, black pepper and cook for a minute.
6. Add yogurt, tomato paste, cream and chicken and cook for another minute..
7 Add the chicken and let it simmer until it is cooked and the oil is released.
8. Remove additional oil and add kasuri methi and cilantro..
9. Serve with paratha, Naan or chapatti.
