2 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices bacon
3 slices tomato
3 baby romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
Healthy dollop of mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Slightly toast the bread in a griddle pan for a minute on each side. Remove, put to the side and add the bacon; cook until crispy. Immediately place the bacon on the bread. Add the tomato, then lettuce, and finally spread the mayonnaise on the other slice of bread and place on top. Wrap in either foil or parchment paper and bring to work for lunch.
