/4 cup olive oil
½ cup red wine vinegar
2 tsps Dijon mustard
2 tsps California Style Garlic Powder

2 (8 oz) packages mini ravioli or 1 13 oz sized regular ravioli, cooked
2 carrots cut in julienne strips
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup chopped red and green peppers
2 green onions, finely sliced
½ cup ripe olives

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix first four ingredients. Blanch carrots and broccoli in boiling water, 1 minute. Rinse in cold water, drain well. Add to dressing with remaining ingredients. Toss gently. Chill 2 hours.
