1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
2 cup water
2 tablespoon butter
1 medium minced onion
1 quart milk
2 cans cream of potato soup
1lb velveeta cheese
10 strips cooked bacon

Directions:
Directions:
In seperate saucepan, prepare wild rice. Saute onion in butter. Add milk, water, and soup. In crease heat to medium. Stir occasionally. When mixture is hot, add cheese in chunks. When creamy add rice. Garnish with crubled bacon.
