1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
14 1/2 oz can chicken broth (2 cups water and 2 boullion cubes)
1 10 oz can cream of potato soup
2 cups half & half
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1/4 cup sliced green onion
1/2 oz package frozen cooked shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In large saucepan, combine wild rice and chicken broth. Boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 45 minutes or until tender. Stir in potato soup, half & half, onion. Simmer until onion soft. Add cheese and heat until melted, add shrimp and stir frequently heat gently till shrimp is cooked. Do not boil.
