Chicken
2 Boneless chicken breasts - thinly sliced
1 tbsp. ginger paste
1 tbsp..garlic paste
1 tsp. paprika
˝ tsp. salt
˝ tsp. black pepper
˝ green chili paste
1 egg
2 tbsp. corn starch
3 tbsp. white flour


Sauce
2 tbsp. of olive oil
1 tbsp.. red chili sauce
1 tbsp. tomato ketchup
1 green chili chopped ( optional)
1 tsp. chopped garlic
1 tsp. chopped ginger
1 tsp. paprika
˝ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. of corn flour in 3 tbsp. of water
1 onion chopped into large pieces
˝ green bell pepper chopped
˝ red bell pepper chopped
˝ green bell pepper chopped
4 stalks of green onions chopped
1 tbsp. of chopped cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash and dry the chicken.
2. Add all the ingredients under chicken except egg, corn starch and white flour and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
3. Heat oil on medium high.
4 Remove the chicken from the refrigerator and add 1 egg, corn flour and white flour. Mix well
5 Fry the chicken until it is crispy and golden brown. Set it aside on a plate with paper towel to remove excess oil.
6. To prepare the sauce add olive oil in a skillet or frying pan, add chopped garlic, ginger, green chili (optional) and white part of the green onions. Sauté for a minute and add onions and bell peppers. Do not overcook.
7. Add chili sauce, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, paprika and cook for a minute.
8. Now add corn flour with water.
9. Lastly add the cooked chicken and mix.
10. If you want more sauce, add a little water, If however, you want it to be dry, serve and sprinkle the green onions and some cilantro.
