Potatoes peeled and sliced, I use Idaho
Onions, sliced
Green pepper, sliced
5 or 6 Italian sausages

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in skillet for 5 minutes.
Spray bottom of 9 inch baking dish with the oil of your choice. Place sliced potatoes in bottom. Cover with onions and green pepper. Salt to taste. Lay sausages on top and poke each. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Turn sausages and bake for 30 additional minutes.
