Break eggs in a bowl and lightly beat with a fork. In another bowl mix flour and seasoned salt. Pour eggs into the flour and mix with a fork. Dough will be stiff. If dough is to stiff add a little water. Roll dough out to 1/8" thick using plenty of flour to prevent sticking. Cut dough with a sharp knife, or pizza cutter, into 1/4" strips and then cut the strips into 1" to 2" lengths. Separate the noodles and flour them well. Let them set for at least a half hour.
