2 c. dry elbow macaroni or small shells.

1 lb. bacon

1¼ c. mayonnaise
2 T. white vinegar
1 c. diced celery
1 large tomato, diced or 1 doz. grape tomatoes cut in quarters
5 green onions, finely chopped
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water until al dente; drain, rinse with cold water, and place into a large salad bowl.

Cook bacon until browned and crumble when cool. Set aside for garnish.

Toss all ingredients except bacon together with the macaroni in a large bowl until well combined. Cover and chill for at least 2 to 3 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, sprinkle the bacon bits over the top.
