great and easy dish that everyone loves!

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
400 g Salmon with skin
1/2 c. of honey
1 tbsp. Soy sauce
1.5 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp mustard (Dijon with mustard seeds)
2 garlic cloves
1 lemon
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil
cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
1.make a few nice straight cuts in the skin of the salmon filets. rub the fish on both sides with salt and pepper and set aside.
2. take a bowl and combine the ingredients for the sauce: Honey, soy sauce, mustard, lemon juice. You may adjust it according to your personal flavour adding more or less mustard or soy sauce. Mix them together until you have a nice thick sauce.
3. cut the lemon into small slices and crush the galic using a knife ( or cut it into small pieces) . Set aside
4. heat pan with olive oil on a medium flame. When oil is hot ( you see it shimemring) put the fish skin side down into the pan and press it firmly onto the pan, so the fish doesnt shrink ( due to the heat) . After 4-5 minutes you turn the filets skin side up.
5. Add the garlic into the pan. When they turn brown you add the sauce into the pan with the lemon slices and let the fish cook in the sauce for about 3-4 minutes. The sauce will start reducing. if it reduces too fast just add some more liquid ( water) .
6. cut fresh cilantro and sprinkle it over the fish
7. Fish is ready to serve.

goes well with Rice or Couscous!

Note: you may add some chilli peppers to get some heat into the sauce :) enjoy!!
