Ingredients:  
½ c. unsalted butter
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
⅓ c. sugar
¼ c. packed brown sugar
2½ tsp. vanilla extract
½ tsp. salt
1½ c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese and sugars until combined
2. Add the vanilla and salt and continue mixing
3. Add the chocolate chips and blend just until combined
4. Serve the dip with pretzels, graham crackers or fruit for dipping

I like to use the mini chocolate chips for easier mixing and chewing

For best results serve chilled and refrigerate leftovers (if there's any left that is)
