1/3 c. red cinnamon candies (Red Hots)
2 c. water, divided
1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange jello
1/2 c. finely diced, peeled apple
1/2 c. finely diced celery
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
Mayo and Lettuce Leaves for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Place cinnamon candies and one cup of water in saucepan. Heat on medium heat until candies are dissolved. Remove from heat. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add one-cup water and chill until thick. Fold in apple, celery, and pecans. Pour into six individual molds (or an 8 x 8 square) and chill until firm. Unmold (or cut into squares) and serve on lettuce with a dollop of mayo on top.
