5 - 6 large chicken breasts, boneless/skinless
garlic powder, sage, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper
1 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
2 T. poppy seeds
1-2 c. French Fried Onion Rings
Ritz Crackers
2 sticks butter, melted

Directions:

In a pot cover chicken with water. Add seasonings. Boil until done, about 25 minutes. Cool and shred. Mix soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds until blended. Stir in half of the onions and all of the chicken. Place in a 9 x 13 pan. Cover with crushed ritz crackers and remaining onions. Pour butter over the top. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes or until browned. Try adding broccoli and cream of mushroom soup for a different taste.
