1/4 lb. sausage
1 small can diced green chilies
5 large eggs
1/3 c. sour cream
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese

Brown sausage. Drain. Place in a square greased casserole dish. Beat eggs. Add sour cream, pepper, green chilies, and cheese. Pour over sausage. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.
