1 lb. sausage
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
6 slices of bread
2 c. cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage. Drain. Beat together eggs and milk. Stir in salt and mustard. Tear bread into pieces and stir into liquid. Add sausage and cheese. Stir. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 11 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and bake in a 350º oven for 45 minutes.
