6 oz long grain wild rice mix
3 large whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
4 T oleo or butter
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c sauterne wine
3-oz can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 T chopped pimento
1/2 c chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package instructions. While rice is cooking, cut each breast in half lengthwise. Lightly season with salt and pepper. Heat butter in skillet and brown chicken slowly. Spoon cooked rice into a 1-1/2 qt baking dish. Arrange chicken over the rice. Add soup to skillet drippings, slowly adding sauterne, stirring, until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover; bake in preheated oven at 350ºF about 25 minutes. Uncover; continue baking 15-20 minutes until chicken is tender.
