1 lb ground beef or chicken diced
1 small can diced green chilies
1 small onion diced
1 bag tortilla chips (less than)
1 can cream of chicken soup or my COC substitute
1 cup milk (omit if using COC)
1/2 lb grated cheese

Directions:
Brown hamburger, drain. Or cook chicken breasts of legs and dice. I like to use taco seasoning on the meat but optional. Saute green chilies and onion. Mix with meat. Crush tortilla chips. Mix soup and milk or make COC. Grate cheese.
In a casserole dish, layer the ingredients twice as follows: Chips, meat mixture, soup, cheese. Repeat. Bake 350º for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbling on the edges.
