¼ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs(I use Progresso)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 whole large chicken breasts, skinned, split lengthwise and boned
½ cup green onion
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 10oz pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 4 oz pkg ham slices, diced

Directions:

Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.
Combine bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken halves in crumb mixture to coat lightly.
Arrange in a 13x9x2 baking dish. Set remaining crumbs aside.
In saucepan cook onion in butter till tender.
Blend in flour, stir in milk all at once.
Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir one minute more.
Stir in spinach and ham.
Spoon spinach mixture over chicken ; sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture.
Bake uncovered for 40-45 minutes or until done.
Makes 12 servings.
