1 medium onion (chopped)
1 lb. ground beef
16 oz. tomato paste (I use half sauce and half paste so it's not too thick)
1 tbsp. vinegar
¼ c. sweet relish
1 dash cayenne pepper
½ tsp. salt
1 tbsp. chili powder
½ tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. yellow mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and ground beef. Add tomato paste, vinegar, sweet relish and salt and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 30 minutes. Add yellow mustard, chili powder, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add a little water if too thick.
Serve with grilled hotdogs and finely chopped onions.
