Ingredients to be mixed:

2 sticks Oleo
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup flour
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

**You’ll also need 1 12oz package of chocolate chips and a can of evaporated milk, not to be mixed with above ingredients.

Directions:
Directions:
With 1 stick of oleo mix all together. Put 3/4 crumb mixture into greased 9x13 pan. Melt the other stick of oleo, mix with 12 oz pk chocolate chips. Add 1 can evaporated milk. Pour over crumb mixture. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup mixture on top. Bake at 350 for 25 min.
