2 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
3/4 c. whole almonds, halved
1/2 c. unsweetened large flakes coconut
1/2 c. raw cashews or pecans
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
2 Tbs. honey
pinch of sea salt

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Mix first 7 ingredients in large bowl. Melt butter with honey in heavy small saucepan over low heat. Pour over granola mixture and toss well. Spread mixture onto baking sheet.

Bake 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until granola is golden brown. To get your granola to stick together in clumps, use a spatula or the back of a large spoon to press the granola into the baking sheet before putting it back in the oven. Cool completely, then break into smaller pieces.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
