_Dough_
> 1 cup whole milk
> 3 tablespoons butter
> 3 ½ cups flour
> ½ cup sugar
> 1 egg
> 2 ¼ teaspoon yeast
> 1 teaspoon salt

_Filling_
> 1 ½ cup (packed) brown sugar
> 2 tablespoons cinnamon
> ½ cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat milk and butter in microwave to about 120-130 ºF.

2. Pour milk/butter into mixer.

3. Add 1 cup flour, sugar, egg, yeast, and salt.

4. Beat for ~3 minutes.

5. Add remaining 2 ½ cups of flour.

6. Knead dough and let rise.

7. Roll dough out to about ¼ - ½ inch thickness and spread filling.

8. Roll up and cut into individual rolls.

9. Bake at 375 ºF for 20 minutes.
