12 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 lb. butter, melted
8 oz. canned green chilies, diced
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 pint cottage cheese
1 1/2 lb. ham, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Beat eggs. Add flour and baking powder (mixture will be lumpy). Add melted butter, chilies, both cheeses and ham. Gently blend.

Pour into a 15”x10” baking dish. Bake at 375ºF for 15 minutes, then bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes.
Can be served with salsa.

Freezes well.
