2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
1 pk Taco Seasoning
1/2 cp Onions chopped
1/2 cp Green Bell Peppers chopped
16 large Flour Tortillas
8 oz Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:

1. Cut chicken into thin strips
2. Heat 3 tbsp Olive oil in skillet over medium heat
3. Sautee onions and green peppers in oil until tender
4. Add chicken, black pepper and taco seasoning
4. Cook until chicken no longer pink; keep flipping
5. In a different skillet heat 1 tbsp oil over low heat
6. Spread butter on both sides of tortilla; put in skillet
7. Top tortilla with cheese then chicken mixature
8. Top with another buttered tortilla; then flip
9. Cook until golden brown; about 2 minutes
10. Repeat steps
