12 Fresh ears of corn.
4 TBLSP butter
1 TBLSP fresh tarragon, chopped (optional. Can use any herb you like or none at all)
1/2 tsp salt
Fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut all corn off cob. Melt butter in large skillet and add corn kernels, salt and pepper. Cook on medium low heat for 1 hour, gently stirring occasionally. Add the herb about 3/4 way through cooking process. The low heat will draw out and caramelize the sugar in the corn to make for the most delicious corn you have ever had. Adjust salt and pepper.
