Baked Fish:
4- (6oz.) wild Salmon Fillets
¼ tsp. Salt & ¼ tsp. ground pepper
1½ Tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice or place thin slices of Lemon under fillets.

Sautéed Fish Filets:
Fish of choice/ Flounder or Talapia
4 Tbsp. Butter/ divided
Flour
1/2 Cup White Wine
Old Bay Seasoning

Baking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Line sheet pan with foil
Place fish on the pan, skin side down & sprinkle with Salt & Pepper
Sprinkle with Lemon or place thin slices of Lemon under fish before baking.
Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness
Serve

Sautéed Fish Instructions:
Fish Fillets (Thaw if frozen)
In skillet melt 2 Tbsp. Butter
Lightly Flour Fish Fillets.
Season with Old Bay Seasoning
Saute 3 minutes ( more if it is a thick fillet) Flip and cook 3 more minutes.
Remove fish. To pan add wine & 2 more Tbsp. butter. Cook for a minute or 2 untill sauce thickens.
Serve over Fish.
