1 16oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
1 12oz pkg peas
½ cup butter
¾ cup flour
¼ cup Soy Sauce
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
1¾ cups chicken broth
⅔ cup milk
3 cups chicken breast, cooked
1 pkg pie crust [2 pie crust in pkg]

Heat oven 425º. Rinse frozen vegetables in cold water to seperate them.

Basically you cook the chicken, season chicken to your taste (soy sauce, salt pepper, ect.) Make a rue (white gravy) pour the vegetables in, and mix all ingredients together. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish with pie crust in it and put pie crust over and bake.

Roll other pastry into 12in circle , place over chicken mixture. Turn edges of pastry under and flute. Bake about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
