2 pkgs Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1 cp Mayonnaise
2 Eggs beaten
1/2 cp Chopped Onions
1 can Cream of Mushroom
8 oz Shredded Cheddar
1 cp crushed Cheese Crackers
1/4 cp crushed Cheese Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil broccoli in salted water about ten minutes
2. Remove from heat and drain water
3. In a large bowl mix together cheese, 1 cup crackers, mayonnaise, soup and eggs
4. Add broccoli to mixature and mix well
5. Place in casserole dish and sprinkle with 1/4 cup crackers
6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes
