Mixed Vegetable balls
½ cup of very finely chopped carrots
½ cup of very finely chopped cabbage
½ cup of very finely chopped cauliflower
½ cup of very finely chopped green beans
½ cup of very finely chopped onions
½ cup of chopped green onions
4 tbsp. of white flour
4 tbsp. of corn starch
½ tsp of salt
½ tsp of black pepper
1 tsp of garlic paste
1 tsp of ginger paste
1 tsp of green chutney
Oil for deep frying the vegetable balls


Manchurian Sauce
2 tbsp. of oil
¼ cup of onions chopped
¼ cup of green onions chopped
¼ chopped green pepper
¼ chopped red pepper
¼ chopped yellow pepper
1 tbsp. of soya sauce
1 tbsp. of Szechuan sauce or red chili paste
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp of fresh chopped garlic
1 tsp of fresh chopped ginger
1 green chili pepper chopped (optional)
1 tbsp. of tomato sauce
½ tsp of salt to taste
½ tsp of black pepper
1 tbsp. of corn starch with 2 tbsp. of water
1 tbsp. of cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients to prepare the Vegetable Balls except corn starch and white flour.
Mix well to release the moisture from the vegetables.
2. Add the cornstarch and white flour and mix well. .
2 Make the small vegetable balls and place them on a plate. When the balls are prepared, deep fry them until they are light golden brown.
3. Lay them on a plate with paper towel to remove excess oil.
4. Optional, you can deep fry the vegetable balls again in hot oil to get them crispy.
5. Once the vegetable balls are done, we need to prepare the Manchurian sauce.

Sauce
1. In a wok, heat 2 tbsp. of oil and add ginger, garlic, green chopped chili and chopped onions.
2. When the onions are translucent add the soya sauce, black pepper, Szechuan sauce or chili paste, vinegar, tomato sauce and vinegar.
3. At this time add the green, red and yellow chopped pepper.
4 Add the corn starch and water and mix well
5 When the sauce is thick, you can add green onions and cilantro and serve..

This is a delicious dish which can be served with fried rice or noodles.
