1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp cultured Buttermilk

Directions:

Stir together the cream and buttermilk, until combined.
Transfer to a sterilized pint harmed.
Put the jar in the middle of a Dutch oven.
Fill with water in the Dutch oven half up the jar.
Turn the heat to low and slowly bring the milk/cream mixture to 90F.
Turn the heat off, cover jar.
Leave jar in the cooling water for two hours.
Preheat the oven to 180F.
When preheat, turn off oven and put jar in the cooling down oven. Let sit in cool oven overnight.
