2 lbs. ground beef
1 large onion, copped
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 large can tomato sauce
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. oregano
3 heaping T. chili powder
2 tsp. cumin
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 cans chili beans

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper. Drain off grease. Add tomatoes, sauce, 1 can of water, and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or longer. Add beans and simmer additional 15 minutes. Serve with toppings of your choice.
