1 pillsbury white cake mix plain (no pudding in mix)
1 small lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
3/4 cups canola oil
4 eggs
1 t lemon extract

Directions:
Directions:
spray bakers joy liberally on bundt pans


dissolve jello in boiling water and let cool

mix cake and eggs one at a time
add oil, extract and cooled jello

mix 2 minutes

bake in mini bundt pans filled to 3/4 inches above top

bake at 350 for 18 minutes
