Chicken Marinade
2 boneless chicken cut up into bite size pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. garlic paste
1 tbsp. ginger paste
1 egg
2 tbsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. cumin powder
½ tsp. paprika
½ tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. of chopped cilantro
1 tsp. light soy sauce
¼ tsp. garam masala
1 tbsp. rice flour.
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. corn starch


Sauce
3 cloves of chopped garlic
1 chopped green chili
4-5 Curry leaves
1 tbsp. of chili sauce
1 tbsp. of tomato sauce
1 tbsp. of light soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1.Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except egg, rice flour, white flour and corn starch for about 30 mins.
2.After 30 minutes add egg to the marinated chicken and mix.
3. In a separate bowl combine the flours together. Dip and coat the chicken pieces with the flours.
4. Deep fry the chicken on high heat until the pieces are crispy golden brown. Put them aside on a plate with a paper towel.
5. Heat up 2 tbsp. of oil in a wok or karahi.
6. Sauté chopped garlic, add chopped green chili, lemon juice, and a few curry leaves.
7. Add chili sauce, tomato sauce and soy sauce and cook for about 2 minutes.
8. Add the chicken to the karahi or wok and mix with the sauces.
9. Taste to see if salt is needed as soya sauce and chili sauce have salt in them.
9. Sprinkle cilantro and serve.

This dish is eaten as an appetizer or side dish.
