5 lbs - Red Potatoes or Yukon Gold Yellow Potatoes cut into large chunks
2- sticks of Butter cut into large slices
4- cups shredded Cheddar Cheese use mild or sharp
1- tspn Salt
1- tspn Pepper

* remember to salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Wash potatoes leave skins to the in large pot put the potatoes in and fill with water and bring to boil
turn down heat ans simmer about 20 mins or just till just fork tender,drain the potatoes

In large baking pan add potatoes , butter , salt, pepper and mix up. Add the cheese on top and bake in preheated oven 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes or till all the cheese in melted and bubbly.
