3 C shredded cheddar cheese
3 T finely chopped onion
1/2 can tomato soup
Salt
Pepper
(see below)

Hamburger and Bean Filling
1 # hamburger, drained
2 - 1 # cans of pork and beans
6 oz tomato paste
2 T brown sugar
2 T molasses
1 t salt
1 t dry mustard
1 t chili powder
(simmer 10 minutes)

Spread cheese mixture on hamburger un halves & place in oven under the broiler for 3 - 5 minutes until bubbly. Spoon on top of this the hamburger and bean filling - (go back to the top for that recipe)
