2 cps Cold Mash Potatoes
1/3 cp Flour
2 tbsp Milk
Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 Egg
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together; divide into 4 balls
2. Flatten each ball into 3" patties
3. Melt butter in frying pan over medium high heat; add patties
4. Cook until golden brown; about 5 minutes per side
