1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 Green Onions chopped
8 oz Imitation Crab Meat chopped
1 Egg
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1/2 cp Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Directions:
Directions:
1. Sautee onions in oil over medium heat
2. Combine all ingredients together except oil
3. Form into 1/2" thick patties
4. Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat
5. Cook cakes until nicely browned on both sides
6. Place on paper towel covered plate; serve hot
