1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
1 cup plain almond yogurt or other plant based plain yogurt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cloves garlic minced
1 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 pk fresh spinach stems removed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat a large pot up with boiling water. Drop the spinach in a cook 2 min.Remove from heat and drain and squeeze out excess liquid. Set aside.Add the remaining ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth.Pour the cream mixture and spinach in a large sauce pan cook on very low heat just till warmed about 5 min.Do not over cooked or the cream will scald.
