1 spice cake baked according to box in layers
4 egg yolks
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. raisins
6 maraschino cherries
6 pecan halves

Directions:
In a double broiler stir together eggs, milk, sugar, butter, and vanilla. Cook until it begins to thicken. Add the coconut, nuts, and raisins. Spread on cooled spice cake. Decorate with cherries and pecans.
