1 package brownie mix (prepared as directed on box)
1 box instant chocolate pudding (prepared as directed on box then refrigerated)
1/4 c caramel topping plus more for top
1 8 oz contained whipped topping, thawed
1 c chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Cut prepared brownies into one inch cubes.
Mix 1/4 c caramel topping and entire tub of whipped topping.
In 3 quart glass bowl, layer half the brownie cubes, half the pudding, half the walnuts and half the topping. Repeat.

Cover and refrigerate 2 - 24 hours before serving. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce just before serving.

Garnish with chocolate shavings or chocolate curls. To make the curls, pull a vegetable peeler across a milk chocolate candy bar, using long, thin strokes. (The curls will be easier to make if the chocolate is slightly warm, so let the chocolate stand in a warm place for about 10 minutes.) Use a toothpick to lift the curls from the chocolate to the truffle.
