5 Oz White Chocolate
White Cake Mix (not the one with pudding in it)
3 1/2 Oz Box Instant Vanilla Pudding
4 Eggs
1 Cup Water
1.2 Cup Vegetable Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Grease and flour Bundt pan

Finely grate white chocolate (food processor is faster)
In a big mixing bowl, combine grated white chocolate and next five ingredients.
Mix at low speed for a minute and then at medium speed for four minutes.
Pour into bundt pan and bake about 50-60 minutes until tested done with a pick.

Let cool in pan for 15 minutes then invert onto a rack to cool.

1 Oz Square White Chocolate
2 Tbsp Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp Milk
1/4 Cup Flaked Coconut (toasted)
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans

In a pan over low heat, melt the square of white chocolate with the butter. Take off heat and blend in the vanilla. Blend in the powdered sugar and add milk until drizzling consistency.

I personally, don't like coconut but I do like nuts, so I leave out the coconut and add more pecans.
