1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 Pkg Instant Pistachio Pudding
1/2 Cup Oil
4 Eggs
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Water
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/4 Cup Chopped Nuts (your favorite)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, pudding, oil, eggs, sour cream, sugar and water. Pour 1/2 batter in to 2 greased loaf pans.
Combine brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Sprinkle evenly over the batter in each pan.
Pour the rest of the batter over the cinnamon mixture.
Top with the remainder of the cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

Let cool for 5 minutes and then turn out onto a cooling rack.

This is a good Christmas bread. Add some chopped marischino cherries for color. Pretty!
