5 strips of bacon sliced into small pieces
1 diced medium onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup white wine
3 cups vegetable stock
1 small head savoy cabbage cut into 1-2" pieces
1 pinch caraway
1 pinch grated fresh nutmeg
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet add bacon and onions and butter. Sautee until onions are soft and bacon is cooked.
Add sliced cabbage, wine and 2 cups vegetable stock, deglazing the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle with caraway seeds. Cover partially to braise.
Cook over medium heat until cabbage is tender and stock has reduced, stirring frequently. Remove cover to reduce liquid further.
Before serving, add heavy cream, nutmeg and toss to combine.
