2 large chopped onions
2 cloves garlic chopped
2 pounds lean ground beef
3 cups water
2 15 ounce cans tomato sauce
2 15 ounce cans diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons oregano
3 bay leaves
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
In a Dutch oven, or large pot saute the ground beef over medium-high heat until no pink remains. Drain.
Add onions and garlic, saute until tender.
Add 3 cups water, along with the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, oregano, bay leaves, soy sauce, garlic powder, pepper and seasoned salt. Stir.
Cover and cook 20 minutes.
Add macaroni, stir , cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat, remove the bay leaves, and let rest covered for about 20 to 25 mins.
