2 (5 oz.) packages New York Bakery Texas Toast Seasoned Croutons
1 pound breakfast sausage, ground
8 eggs beaten
2 cups half and half
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 to 3 green onions chopped
1 1/2 cups cheddar jack cheese shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly grease a 9 x 13 baking pan. Evenly layer croutons in the bottom of the pan. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage until no longer pink. Drain on a paper towel lined plate and set aside. In a large bowl,whisk together eggs, half and half, cream of mushroom soup, Parmesan cheese and black pepper. Pour egg mixture over the croutons in the pan.

Sprinkle sausage evenly over the eggs. Sprinkle green onions and cheese evenly over the sausage. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center, Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
