Seekh Kabob
2 lb extra lean ground beef
1 tbsp. fresh ground garlic
1 tbsp. fresh ground ginger
1 tsp. green chili paste
1 tsp. coriander chutney
1 egg
½ bunch of chopped fresh coriander
½ tsp. of garam masala
½ tsp. of black pepper
½ tsp. of salt (taste if more salt is needed.)
2 slices of toast or bread, soaked in water and squeezed.
¼ small onion - blended and squeeze out the excess liquid
1 tbsp. of olive oil

Sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. of tomato paste
1 onion cut into slices
1 tsp. of garlic paste
1 tsp.. of ginger paste
1 tsp. paprika
1 green bell pepper cut in slices
1 red bell pepper cut in slices
1 orange or yellow bell pepper cut in slices
1 tbsp. of lemon juice
½ tsp. of salt
½ tsp. of chili flakes
½ tsp. of black pepper
2 tbsp. of chopped cilantro
¼ cup of water

Seekh Kabobs
1.Combine all the ingredients under Seekh Kabob in a mixing bowl.
2. Use your hands to mix the ingredients until they are well blended.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
4. Remove from the refrigerator and divide the mixture into 12 even portions and thread into metal skewers tightly by forming sausage like kabobs..
5. Fire up the barbecue and grill the kabobs until they are browned and cooked inside. Baste with oil while they are cooking.
6. Once they are cooked transfer onto a plate.
7. If you are broiling in the oven preheat the broil on high, .
8. Cover a baking tray with aluminium foil and use oil or ghee to grease the tray.
9. Prepare kabobs in the form of sausage and thread tightly onto metal skewers or wooden skewers soaked in water for about 1 hour.
10. Cook until the top has browned, and turn them over to cook on the other side.
11. Remove from the oven and transfer on to a plate.

Sauce
1. In a large frying pan, add oil and fry the ginger and garlic for a minute..
2. Add tomato paste and cook for a minute. Add the vinegar, paprika, lemon juice, chili flakes and salt.
3. Add water and let it simmer for 1 minute.
4. Add the sliced onions, bell peppers and cook until the onions are translucent.
5. Sprinkle black pepper.
6. Pour the mixture over the seekh kabobs.
7 Garnish with cilantro.

Serve with rice or salad.
