2 3/4 cups of flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup of melted butter
1 1/2 cup of white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. In a small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls, and place onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Let cookies partially cool (about 5 minutes) before removing.

These are not the kind of sugar cookies that you can cut into shapes. These are gooey and soft, and can be made into sandwiches with frosting in between!
